Our Approach
Our mission was to develop a sophisticated promotional narrative that highlights the villa's luxury status and attracts premium summer rental bookings. To capture the true essence of Villa Kiya, we executed a 2-day production plan. This allowed us to document the property’s transformation from the bright Cycladic morning to the golden hour and dusk.
The Creative Process
Detail was our priority. During the villa videography sessions, we focused on "hero shots"—the infinity pool, the sunset decks, and the luxury amenities. By shooting over two days, we managed to capture the "Golden Hour" twice, ensuring that the exterior spaces look inviting and magical. The editing process involved color grading tailored to the Cycladic aesthetic, ensuring a bright, airy, and luxurious feel.
Villa Videography: We utilized cinematic ground techniques to showcase the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience that defines Villa Kiya.
Villa Aerial Videography: Using 4K drone cinematography, we highlighted the villa's unique location, offering a bird's-eye view of its expansive terraces and its proximity to the sea.
Villa Drone Photography: We captured high-resolution aerial stills that showcase the layout of Villa Kiya, providing essential visual assets for luxury booking platforms.

The result is a high-impact promotional asset that serves as the cornerstone of the villa’s marketing strategy. By combining villa aerial videography with intimate ground shots, we created a visual journey that resonates with the emotions of potential travelers, driving engagement and summer bookings.
